About SehatPria and How We Choose Products

SehatPria is run from Makassar, and the site has one job: make men's supplement labels easier to read before money changes hands. We are not a health provider and we do not offer advice on health conditions. We write about nutrients, formats, and how formulas are put together, and we keep a catalog of products that fit those categories.

A Catalog entries are grouped by formula category, never ranked against each other.
B Ingredient notes stay within what product labels and standard references describe.
C Questions about your own situation go to a qualified professional, not to this site.
D Reach the team at [email protected] or +62 411 364 3278 on working days.

SehatPria operates from Jl. Sultan Hasanuddin No. 40 in Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Our team handles product information, ingredient write-ups, and customer questions by phone and email during Indonesian business hours.

Because we are based in Indonesia, we write for the way men here actually shop: marketplaces, local pharmacies, and imported listings sitting next to each other on the same screen. A shopper in Jakarta, Surabaya, or Makassar often sees three versions of the same daily formula side by side, priced very differently, with nutrient panels that look almost identical until you read the numbers closely.

That is the reader we keep in mind. Someone standing in a pharmacy aisle, or scrolling a marketplace listing at night, trying to work out whether the bottle in front of them actually fits the routine they already have. Our job is to make that comparison less confusing.

Why an educational site and not just a store

The men's supplement market in Indonesia is dense. Multivitamins, mineral blends, and plant-based vitality formulas are sold everywhere, and most product pages describe the same handful of nutrients in slightly different words. Vitamin D, B-complex, magnesium, zinc, selenium — the names repeat across listings, but the explanation behind them is usually one line of marketing copy.

What is usually missing is the boring part: what each nutrient is associated with, what a serving actually contains, and how two products differ once you put the panels next to each other. That gap is the reason this site exists. We would rather explain a mineral properly than push a bottle.

Practical notes matter more here than polished promises. If two daily formulas both say "complete", the useful question is which one lists the actual amount per serving, how many capsules the daily dose requires, and whether the format fits how you already take your food and fluids through the day. Those are the things we try to put in one place.

How we select what appears in the catalog

We group products by category first: daily vitamin and mineral formulas, energy and endurance formulas, and single-nutrient or targeted products. A product needs a readable label, a stated serving size, and a clear ingredient list to be described here. We do not rank products against each other and we do not publish comparative scores, because the right formula depends on your routine, not on a leaderboard.

A Readable label
B Stated serving size
C Clear ingredient list
D Category fit
E Format and free-from notes

Products that fail these checks are simply not described. That means the catalog is smaller than a marketplace search result, and it will stay that way on purpose. We add entries when a label is legible enough to explain honestly, not when a listing is popular.

The standards behind our ingredient information

Everything we write about nutrients such as vitamin D3, B-complex, magnesium, zinc, and selenium stays within what product labels and standard supplement references describe. Where a nutrient is associated with normal body processes, we say so in those terms.

A We describe what a nutrient is associated with, in plain language.
B We record the amount per serving exactly as the manufacturer prints it.
C We do not publish study results we cannot point to.
D We do not describe supplements as a way to address any health condition.
E Where a label is unclear, we say the label is unclear instead of guessing.
F Anything about your own routine goes to a qualified professional, not to us.

This is why the ingredient guide reads more like a glossary than a sales page. Each entry exists to help you decode a panel you are already holding, and nothing on this site is intended to replace advice from a qualified professional.

What we will not claim

We will not tell you a supplement will fix a problem, and we will not dress up a formula with language borrowed from medical settings. We also avoid dramatic transformation framing. Supplements in this market are daily nutrient products, and the realistic expectation is steady, unremarkable support alongside food and sleep.

If a claim sounds bigger than that, it usually is. When a listing promises a fast change with no explanation of how the nutrients work together, we leave it out of the catalog and we do not repeat the claim in our writing.

A No promise of a quick result from a daily nutrient product.
B No borrowed authority from settings this site does not belong to.
C No dramatic framing around how a person's body changes.
D No claim the manufacturer does not make on the printed panel.

Popular products and how we describe them

When we write about widely distributed products, we describe what the manufacturer states: nutrient counts, format, dosing, and "free from" details. A product marketed with 22 key nutrients, for example, gets described as such, with its positioning around muscle, bone, immune, and energy metabolism noted plainly.

We do not add claims the label does not make. If a box says nothing about a certain nutrient, our entry says nothing about it either. Popular products for men tend to circulate in several package sizes and import versions, so we also note when a listing we describe is one of those variants.

What we copy from a label
  • ANutrient amounts per serving
  • BCapsule or tablet format and count
  • CStated daily dosing instructions
  • DFree-from statements the maker prints
  • EPackage size or imported variant

What we are working on next

We keep expanding the ingredient guide, especially for the trace nutrients that sit quietly in broad formulas. Selenium and vitamin E are good examples: both appear in men's multis, usually in low doses, and both are rarely explained anywhere.

Adding plain-language entries for nutrients like these is more useful to readers than adding more product pages. A person holding a bottle already has the product; what they are missing is a sentence that explains why the nutrient is on the panel and how much of it a daily serving provides. That is the work we would rather do next.

How to reach the team

Product questions, ingredient questions, and order questions all go to the same inbox. You can also call. We answer in English and Indonesian during Indonesian business hours.

If your question is about a health condition or a product interaction, we will point you to a qualified professional rather than guess.

Read a label, compare two formulas, then decide

If you are new here, start with the ingredient guide so the nutrient names on a panel mean something. If you already know what you take, go straight to the daily formulas page and read two listings side by side. Either way, the aim is the same: a clearer picture of natural supplements for men before you spend anything.
